ABSTRACT :

This study aims to identify and test empirically the magnitude of the effect of company size, return on assets, good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility to company value.In this study researchers used secondary data. The research technique used is panel data regression with a sample of 30 mining companies registered on Indonesia stock exchange period 2016-2018. The analysis technique used is the Eviews 9.0 statistical program.

The results of this study, return on assets and corporate social responsibility have a significant postive effect on company value. Company size have a significant negative effect on company value. Good corporate governance does not have a significant effect on company value.

The F test prove all independent variables namely company size, return on assets, good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility simultaneously have a significant effect on company value.
