Abstrak:
This study aims to test whether there is an influence of work stress and job satisfaction on the organization's commitment to employees PT. Sinar Karya Pemuda in East Jakarta.

This research is based on several theories that support research, which relates to work stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This study uses primary data. The samples in this study are the entire population of employees PT. Sinar Karya Pemuda on Jl. Pemuda and on Jl. Jatinegara Timur, East Jakarta which numbered 43 employees. The research data was obtained from the results of the dissemination of coesioners. After the data collection is completed, the research data processing is directly carried out by conducting multiple linear regression tests to determine the results of the variable relationships studied using SPSS 26 applications.

This study proves the results of a partial significance test (Test t) show that work stress (X1) has a negative and significant influence on organizational commitment (Y), while job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment (Y). Results from simultaneous significance tests (F-tests) scored 18,362 > from Ftabel 3.23 and a contribution score (R Square) of 47.9%, indicating that work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously influenced employee organization commitments. The most dominant variable affecting organizational commitment is the work stress variable.
