Abstrak:
This study aims to empirically prove the effect of profitability, leverage and growth on assets on firm value in construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020.

In this study used secondary data. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample in this study is 5 (five) construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. The data analysis technique used begins with descriptive statistics, panel data regression model, panel data estimation model selection test, classical assumption test, multiple regression model analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous), the coefficient of determination using E-views version 9.00 for windows program.

Based on the results show that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (sig. 0.0000), workload has a significant effect on firm value (sig. 0.0353), and leadership style has a significant effect on firm value (sig. 0.0143). Meanwhile, simultaneously, profitability, leverage and growth on assets have a significant effect on firm value with the calculated F-count (6,4403) > F-table (2.91), and the contribution value is 32.43% and the remaining 67 ,57%, while the most dominant variable is profitability.
