ABSTRACT

This study aims to empirically test whether firm size, capital structure and profitability on
firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
in 2016-2020.The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.

The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company's website.The variables used for Company Size use the Natural Logarithm of Total Sales, Capital Structure uses the DER ratio, and Profitability uses the ROA ratio. There are 14 food and beverage companies that meet the criteria as research samples.

The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing using Eviews 9.0.The results of this study indicate that the variable size of the company has no significant positive effect , capital structure has a significant positive effect, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value
