ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of Business Risk, Company
Size and Sales Growth on Capital Structure. The object studied in this study
is a real estate sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
in 2018 – 2020.

This study used secondary data from 19 samples of real estate
company financial statements and sampling using purposive
samplingtechniques. Classic assumption tests in this study include normality
tests, multicolinearity tests and heteroskedastisity tests. Data analysis using
multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and determination coefficient
test. Analyze data using Eviews 9.

The results showed that partially (t test) business risk variables
negatively and significantly affect the capital structure, company size
variables negatively and significantly affect the capital structure, and sales
growth positively and significantly affect the capital structure of real estate
companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the results of this study
simultaneously (test f) showed a significant influence of business risk
variables, company size and sales growth on the capital structure of real
estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
