Abstrak:
This study aims to examine whether Compensation and Organizational Culture affect the Work Performance of PT. Taspen Persero Jakarta.
This research is based on several theories that support research, which relate to compensation, organizational culture and employee work performance. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Taspen Persero Jakarta taken randomly. The research data were obtained from the results of questionnaire distribution. After data collection was completed, the research data was directly processed by conducting multiple linear regression testing to determine the results of the relationship of variables studied using the SPSS 25 application.
The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a sig value of 0.934> from 0.05 and has a t-count of -0.083
