Abstrak:
This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of capital structure, liquidity, and size of companies on corporate values in food and beverage industry sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 period.

Sample used in this research are manufacturing company in the food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 using purposive sampling and obtained 10 companies. This research used secondary data of annual report or financial statement obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019 period. Data were analyzed using multiple regression linear method and using application program E-views 9.

The finding of this research are return on asset has a significantly effect to corporate value, whether corporate social responsibility and firm size does not have a significantly effect to corporate value.
