Abstrak
This research aims to examine empirically whether the size of the company, sales growth and structure of assets to capital structure in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2016-2018.

In this study used secondary data. The sample in this research is the manufacturing company listed in BEI 2016-2018 period by using the sampling method purposing. There are 30 companies that meet the keriteria-keriteria as a sample of the research. This research using quantitative methods. The research of variable used is the size of the company, sales growth and structure of assets. The test used was the panel data regression analysis and using applications program EViews 1.0.

The results of this research indicate that the variable is the size of the company and the structure of assets to capital structure, while sales growth has no effect against the capital structure. Simultaneously, the results of this study indicate that the variable is the size of the company, sales growth and structure of assets to capital structure.
