Abstrak
This research aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of independent commissioner, audit committee, and managerial ownership to financial performance.

In this research, researchers used secondary data. The research technique used is panel data regression with a sample of 10 banking sector companies registered on Indonesia stock exchange period 2014-2018. The analysis technique used is the Eviews 9.0 statistical program.

The results from this research showed that the variables independent commissioner, audit committee, and managerial ownership has a significant effect to financial performance. In addition, independent commissioner, audit committee, and managerial ownership simultaneously has a significant influence to financial performance.
