Abstrak
This research aims to identify and test empirically the magnitude of the influence of the self assessment system, taxation sanctions and tax inspection on tax evasion at KPP Pratama Depok Cimanggis, both partially and simultaneously.

In this research researchers used qualitative research with 152.342 population. The research technique used is multiple linear regression it takes sample with random sample 100 individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Depok Cimanggis. The analysis technique used is the SPSS 25.0 statistical program.

The results of this research that the self assessment system variable, taxation sanctions and tax inspection partially have a significant effect on tax evasion and simultaneously have a signifcant effect on tax evasion.
