Abstrak
This research aims to identify and test empirically the magnitude of the effect of the company size, good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility to financial performance.

In this research, researcher used purposive sampling method with 71 of Basic and Chemical Industry Companies as a population, and obtained 17 companies as a sample. The research used secondary data from Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 period. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. The analysis technique used is the Eviews 9.0 statistical program.

The results of this research that the managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners and corporate social responsibility has a positive effect to financial performance. While the company size has no effect to financial performance. In addition, company size, good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility simultaneously has a significant effect to financial performance.
