Abstrak
This study examines the level of Taxpayer Satisfaction with the independent variable Tax Service Quality and Tax Administration System Modernization, aimed at analyzing the influence between Service Quality and Tax Administration System Modernization on Taxpayer Satisfaction. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to taxpayers at KPP of Central Jakarta. The population in this study are the taxpayers who are registered at the Jakarta Menteng Satu KPP and Gambir Satu. Sampling was carried out using the system of random sampling. The number of samples is determined as many as 115 respondents that can be processed.

The results of this study shows that Service Quality and Tax Administration System Modernization had an effect on Taxpayer Satisfaction partially and also simultaneously. The value of adjusted R-Square 0,476 means tha independent variable define the coefficient determination of 0,476 indicate independent variable define dependent variable equal to 47,6%. Otherwise the 53,4% are affected by other variables. Based on the results of the analysis showed that Service Quality and Tax Administration System Modernization give significant effect on the Taxpayer Satisfaction.
