Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the effect of leverage policy, dividend policy, and earnings per share on manufacturing company of basic industry and chemical sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017 period.

The sample used in this research are 17 companies. The sample selection is determinded by purposive sampling Data analysis technique which has been used for this research is panel data regression with descriptive and statistic analysis. Hypothesis testing by t-test with α = 5%, F-test, and coefficient determination.

The result of this research with partially method leverage policy and dividend policy has a positif significant to the firm value. In the other hand, earning per share didn’t have a significant influence to the firm value. and simultaneously leverage policy, dividend policy, and earning per share have a significant effect on firm value. Adjusted R-Square value of 0,801117, meaning the magnitude coefficient of determination of 0,801117 it states that the independent variable describes the dependent variable of 80. 11%. The remaining 19.89% influenced by other variables outside this research.
