Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to examine whether institutional ownership, sales growth and firm size significantly influence the firm value of company in manufacturing company (basic industry and chemical sector) that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017.

The research uses secondary data. The sample of this research is manufacturing company (basic industry and chemical sector) that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017 by using purposive sampling method. There are 24 companies that fulfill the criteria as research sample. This research used quantitative method. Research independent variable being used are institutional ownership, sales growth and firm size, while dependent variable used is firm value. The hypothesis test used is panel data regression analysis with time series and cross section data and using Eviews 8.0 software.

The results of this study indicate that the variable of institutional ownership, sales growth and firm size have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the results of this study indicate that the variable institutional ownership, sales growth and firm size significantly influence the firm value..
