Abstrak:
This research aims to examine the effect of capital structure,dividend policy and CSR disclosure partially or simultaneously on the value of the company of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.

This research using purposive sampling method which is a method of determining the number of samples selected at random based on the criteria. During the period 2015 – 2017, 17 companies were selected as the samples in this research. With the help of Eviews 8 program, the data analysis techniques starting from descriptive statistical tests, then continued with panel data regression analysis, after that the classic assumption test and the last test is hypothesis testing.

These results show that capital structure partially has a positive affect and significant on the value of the company, dividend policy partially has a positive affect and significant on the value of the company, and CSR disclosure partially has a positive affect and significant on the value of the company. capital structure,dividend policy and CSR disclosure simultaneously has affect on the value of the company and can be explained by 79.9718% while the remaining 20.0282% are explained by other variables not examined in this research such as invesment decisions, debt policies, profitability and good corporate governance.
