Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value. Samples were taken using regresional descriptive study aimed to determine the effect of two or more variables. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. Retrieved 10 manufacturing company in the sample with the observation period of 5 years (2011-2015). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.

Data were analyzed using panel data regression and statistical hypothesis testing using t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. The analysis showed (1) there is an influence on the profitability of the enterprise value (2) there is no effect of dividend policy on firm value (3) there are significant profitability and dividend policy on firm value
