Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value. Samples were taken using regresional descriptive study aimed to determine the effect of two or more variables. The population in this research is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 period. Retrieved 15 banking company in the sample with the observation period of 3 years (2014-2016). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.

Data were analyzed using panel data regression and statistical hypothesis testing using t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. The analysis shows (1) there is a positive and significant impact on the profitability of the enterprise value (2) there are positive no significant effect of dividend policy on firm value (3) there is a positive and significant impact on the profitability and dividend policy on firm value
