Abstrak
This study aims to empirically examine whether earnings per share and dividend per share that affect the stock price of the mining company listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016 period.

The research uses secondary data. The sample of this research the mining company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 period by using purposive sampling method. There are 8 companies that fulfill the criteria as research sample. This research used quantitative methods. Research variable being used are earnings per share and dividend per share. The hypothesis test used is logistic regression analysis with fixed effect model and using application program EViews 8.0.

The results from this research showed that the variables earnings per share and dividend per share partially were not effect on the stock price. Simultaneously, the results of this research showed that the variables earnings per share and dividend per share were effect on stock price.
