Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect Provitabilitas, Leverage and investment decisions, both simultaneously and partially to the company's value on the Real Property and Real Property and Real Estate in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. The population of as many as 76 companies and samples taken 19 companies. Data were analyzed using software Eviews perankat 8.

Based on test results profitability as measured by return on equity (ROE). Leverage as measured by debt-to-equity ratio (DER). And the investment decision is measured by Price earning ratio (PER), and Value is measured by Price Book Value. The results of this study showed Profitability, Leverage and Investment Decisions simultaneously affect the value of the company. R Square shows the number 0.827307, which means that these variables contributed 82% to the value of perusahaa. In Partially ROE and DER has a positive and significant impact on corporate value and PER has a positive impact and no significant effect on the value of the company.
