Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence, and the structure of the audit on the performance of auditors. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled by auditors working on a public accounting firm in central Jakarta.

The sampling method used is convenience sampling. Sampling in this study based on the criteria that have been made and obtained as many as seven public accounting firm located in Central Jakarta. Totaling 100 questionnaires distributed, but only 80 can be used with a response rate of 80%. Data were analyzed using multiple regression methods and processed with SPSS version 22. Data analysis techniques ranging from descriptive statistics, the data kualita test, regression test in further with the classical assumption, and final testing of hypotheses.

The results showed that emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence, and audit structures partially influence on the performance of auditors. And simultaneously discovered that emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence, and the structure of the audit significant effect on the performance of auditors.
