Evaluasi pengendalian internal atas pelatihan management trainee terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan pada PT XYZ
Training is one way to get competent employees. It can be given to employees or candidates of employee. So, result of training must be appropriated with company goal and give benefit to organization. Training evaluation as quality and process control of training so it can be guaranteed a training program run in systematic, effective and efficient. Primary data is obtained by doing interviews and collecting questionnaire, while the secondary data is by collecting information through books, internal document and internet sites.
There are four level of training evaluating which developed by Ronald Kirkpatrick, they are reaction, learning, behavior application, and business impact. The writer analyze training evaluation of management trainee program by this theory. The writer analyze evaluation of management trainee program degree of graduation, grade category, and carrier path.
