The organization is a place to cooperate among some people to achieve the same purpose. And within an organization, the dissemination of information to be one of the key to the success of the organization. The distribution of duty and the flow of information that will exactly facilitate organization to achieving its goal. This research studies the role of information flow pattern applied in an organization. Information flow will influence member performance and how big this thing affects to the organization. Accuracy of communications in organization determines response will which be given from each member to information which they get. This research refers to ITBK (Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbe) employee performance and method applied is qualitative method with in-depth interview and method documenter from some employees ITBK (Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbe). Data obtained from result of interview as primary data and documenter as secondary data. Result of research indicates that information flow happened through communications in ITBK (Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbe) has role which will influence employee performance in implementing the duty. The roles still divided again according to analysis result which have been done. This research hook correlates with theories matching with solution and strengthened with argument from some guest speakers which have been specified.
