Analisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam mempertahankan brand image pada lembaga pendidikan non formal
Today, there are many emerging institutions of non-formal education, especially in Jakarta. To compete, they require brand image (brand image) that is strong and positive in the community. Evergreen Japanese Course is an experienced Japanese language institute course (since 1973), they require marketing communications strategy in order to survive the competition and maintaining their brand image. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategies taken by the Evergreen Japanese Course in maintaining their brand image. This study took place at the Evergreen Japanese Course, Central Jakarta. Data analysis technique using descriptive data analysis by Miles and Huberman. Subject were course's staff with purposive sampling technique. This research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Data were collected by n-depth interviews, observations, library research and documentation. The results showed that Evergreen Japanese Course do marketing communication strategies in the form of advertising via the internet (social networking sites and websites), and book also direct marketing. The marketing communicators is one of the teaching staff in Evergreen Japanese Course as the sender of the message and the community as the recipient of the message through the internet as the transmission. Suggestions for Evergreen Japanese Course institutions is necessary to make a special division to handle marketing communications activities so it can be more structured.
