This analysis aimed to discuss the working ethos inside the government companies (BUMN) and the company chosen as an object of the analysis is PT. Semen Gresik. The issue exposed in this title will be focused on organizational behavior point of view. The main problem found are: keeping unprofessional working ethos in managing the organization and they (people inside BUMN) still using old human resources for the company's employee that based on close relation with political interest. The main reason why Semen Gresik was suitable object because PT. Semen Gresik could give contribution to the government income while other can't. It was very interesting to know what was actually done by PT. Semen Gresik so that their operational or human resources management could be an example for the other BUMN. Exposed strategies in this discussion are: training and development, total quality management, diversity, motivation, conflict management. By conducting those strategies mentioned above, understanding right management for typical environment is expected and finally those BUMN could be another government tools in order to create prosperity in this country and not as a cash cow elite politics power.
