This research examines the relationship between Dividend per Share (DPS) and Economic Value Added (EVA) to share price. The sample of this study is 30 firms of LQ45 which category listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2010. The result shows that there are significant relationship between DPS and EVA to share price. It is expected that the research encourage all companies to maintain or increase the DPS and EVA to maintain or increase the value of company through the share price.
