Pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMA X untuk mata pelajaran ekonomi
Seeing gaps between the expectations of the high level of academic achievement with facts, it is necessary to question the extent to which teachers' teaching competence effected, maintained and deepened so as to encourage students to achievement in learning. Research problems are as follows: 1. Is there a significant effect of the performance of teaching and learning motivation on learning achievement of students Economy. 2. What was a significant effect of learners Teaching Performance. 3. What significant effect on learning achievement Motivation Economic learners. Bloom's theory which states that learning objectives aimed at achieving three domains. The three domains are cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In the process of teaching and learning activities, it is through these three domains will also be seen in the success of rate of students receiving learning outcomes or achievement in learning acceptance. Conclusion of the study are as follows: 1. Teacher teaching economic performance and significant negative effect on learning achievement among students economy class X and XI IPS X High School, Jakarta. 2. Students' motivation have a positive and significant impact on student achievement economy class X and XI IPS X High School, Jakarta.
