Abstrak
In this research studied were Effect of Age Company, Company Size, Profitability and the Board of Commissioners on Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on company property and real estate 2010-2012. Independent variable is Age Company, Company Size, Profitability, and BOC. While the dependent variable is the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze and demonstrate empirically the effect of Age Company, Company Size, Profitability, and BOC partially or simultaneously. Contribution of this research is as consideration for the parties who have an interest in the activities of the company to plan its operations and can be used as input to make improvements so that the company's goals can be achieved.

The population in this study is the property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period, a total of 16 company property and real estate taken by using purposive sampling. This data using secondary data analysis method of data using multiple regression.

The results of this study indicate that the variable Age Company but no significant effect on the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size significant effect on Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Profitability variables significantly influence the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Variable BOC but no significant effect on the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. The results of this test also states that four factors influence simultaneously on Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Based on the adjusted R2 value of 43.9% indicates that only 43.9% of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure variable is explained by Age Company, Company Size, Profitability and BOC. While the rest of 56.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
