Abstrak
In this thesis studied were influence of cash flow invest activity, cash flow funding activity and gross profit on stock prices ( survey in corporate banking are listed in BEI in 2010-2012). Independent variable (X1) is the cash flow investing activities. (X2) cash flow funding activities and than (X3) gross profit. while the dependent variable(Y) is stock prices.

In this study using sample 4 banking companies listed in BEI and publish financial statement of the year 2010-2012.

From the data processing obtained correlation of test result 0,982 means there is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. From the test results obtained multiple regression equation Y=1008,21+5,932 X1 +1,144 X2+0 X3 means of variable X1 is 5,932 have a positive effect on Y. Means of variable X2 is 1,144 have a positive effect on Y. From the test results simultaneously with the value of the confidence level of 0,05 obtained value of 0,04 which is smaller than the value of the convidence level. Which means that the joint effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.
