Analisis komposisi pinjaman atas proyek investasi pemerintah



Government project funding may come from own capital (APBN/APBD) or with a capital project loans. Loan projects can come from foreign loans. Foreign loans give negative perspective of government's failure to provide its own funding sources.

Reflecting on this phenomenon, the authors will present research analyzes the other side of the government loan projects, especially capital project loans. The study will analyze on how the impact of the advantages of the uses of loans from government investment projects. The study was conducted by assessing the Net Present Value (NPV) of the project loan scenario presented the governments with five scenarios, Scenarios I (100% own budget funds), Scenarios II (75% own budget funds and 25% capital project loans), Scenarios III (50% own budget funds and 50% capital project loans), Scenarios IV (25% own budget funds and 75% capital project loans), Scenarios V (100% capital project loans). The best scenario of project funds is Scenario V because it produces NPV highest than others.
