Abstrak:
Financial performance is one of the formal business of the company with a measure of success in produce profits, so it can see the growth prospects and the potential for the development of both companies by relying on existing resources. Given the many factors that affect the company’s financial performance of the study will examine of the effect of good corporate governance and ownership structure of the financial performance of manufacturing companies which is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in the year 2009 until 2012. Study used a sample of 52 manufacturing, where the method used is purposive sampling method that takes an object with the specified criteria. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis test, proceded by a test consisting of the classical assumptions of normality test, test multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of data analysis or regression indicate that simultaneous corporate governance and ownership structure affect the financial performance.
