Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of Image and Customer Relation Services and Occupancy at Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen in Jakarta. This research used the associative causal research. Samples used in this study are consumers who fill out and inhabit at Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen for 2012. The results of this study are expected to contribute ideas and input for the management of Plaza Atrium Shopping Center to provide a sense of convenience, comfortable and quality in developing and increasing Occupancy at Shopping Center Plaza Atrium Segitiga Senen in Jakarta. The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaire given to tenants. Based on the significance of the regression test of Image to Occupcancy at Shopping Center Plaza Atrium Segitiga Senen Jakarta obtained that the image of the Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen in Jakarta have a significant effect. Based on a significance test of regression Customer Relation Services to Occupancy at Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen in Jakarta, obtained that Customer Relation Service Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen in Jakarta to Occupancy have a significant positive effect.Based on the significance of the regression test simultaneously obtained significance of Image and Customer Relation Service to Occupancy at Plaza Atrium Shopping Center Segitiga Senen in Jakarta to have a significant positive effect.
Thus the significant test of any hypothesis can be accepted or proven.
