Abstrak
The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Assistant Manager leadership style, work discipline toward performance of employee in Snow Bay Watertainment TMII.The sample used in this research consist of 75 respondents from 97 employees on General Service and Facility Department. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 18.00. Data test technique is used within the research includes validity test, reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Based on the test the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence of Assistant Manager leadership style toward performance of employee, thus the research hypothesis H1 is accepted where tcount = 6,025 > ttable = 1,993and 0.000 with a significance probability of ttable = 1,993 and 0.000 with a significance probability of F table or 38,699 > 3,124 and 0.000 with a significance probability of
