Abstrak
Studied in this thesis is the effect of the motivation & work culture to the employees performance in legal workshop PT. AHM in East Jakarta. Independent variable in this research is the motivation (X1), and work culture (X2), whereas the dependent variable (Y) is the employees performance. The respondents in this research was 90 people. The result of the first analysis is obtained the probability significant score of motivation effect to the employees performance is 0,000 < = 0,05. Qualitatively can be expresed very strong and significant. The result of the second analysis is obtained the probability significant score of work culture effect to the employees performance is 0,000 < = 0,05. Qualitatively can be expresed very strong and significant. The result of the third analysis is obtained the effect of the motivation and work culture simultan as to the employees performance value Fhitung > Ftabel that is 478,244 > 3,10 and the probability significant score is 0,000 < = 0,05. Qualitatively can be expresed very strong and significant. If the work culture each employee are same (controlled) the result of partial correlation between motivation and work culture with the employees performance is thitung = 12,05 > ttabel (t0,95:90) = 1,987. Qualitatively can be expresed strong. It means the partial correlation is significant, which may apply to the population. If the motivation each employee are same (controlled) then the result can be obtained that partial correlation between motivation and work culture with the employees performance is thitung = 8,82 > ttabel (t0,95:90) = 1,987. Qualitatively can be expresed strong. It means the partial correlation is significant, which may apply to the population.
